September 25th (Fri) Masu Sushi Tasting Set Meal | Toyama City Hall Restaurant

We offer a special set meal that allows you to easily compare and enjoy different varieties of "Masu Sushi," a representative local dish of Toyama.

From the 12 member stores of the Toyama Masu Sushi Cooperative Association, we carefully select three stores' masu sushi for each event. You can enjoy one-eighth of each store's masu sushi all at once.

Even though it's all called "masu sushi," the amount of vinegar, the thickness of the trout, the aroma of the bamboo leaves, and the lingering flavor vary from shop to shop. The charm of comparing different versions lies in being able to enjoy the unique characteristics of each long-established shop.

Enjoy the flavors of Toyama in a set meal style that includes soup and side dishes. The participating restaurants change with each event, so you'll discover new flavors every time you visit.
