Discover the profound depth of trout sushi through a taste test. The flavors of renowned restaurants gather in Iwase.

A special sale of "Masu Sushi," a representative local dish of Toyama, will be held at the Iwase Canal Hall.

Shops affiliated with the Toyama Masu Sushi Cooperative Association sell masu sushi that showcases each shop's unique character.
Even though it's all called "masu sushi," the fact that the taste differs from shop to shop is part of its charm.

These will be sold in limited quantities, and you can enjoy a "taste comparison" that you can only experience here.
Enjoy a stroll through Iwase and savor the food culture of Toyama.
