Access	From Toyama Station (South Exit), take the Circular Line (Centram) for about 7 minutes and get off at Kokusai-Kaigijo-mae stop. It is about a 2-minute walk from there. About 15 minutes by car from the Toyama IC on the Hokuriku Expressway toward downtown Toyama. About a 10-minute walk from Toyama Station (South Exit).
