Sarukurayama Forest Park in southern Toyama City is a mountain base where you can enjoy nature, with camping as the main activity.
If you pitch your tent in the camping area halfway up the mountain, you can spend a relaxing time surrounded by the tranquility of the forest.

During your stay, we also recommend taking a hike to the mountaintop.
Upon arrival, a panoramic view stretching all the way to the Jinzu Gorge unfolds, and the air is clearer in the mornings and evenings, making it an even more refreshing experience.
The park also features walking paths, a grassy area, and BBQ facilities, making it appealing for those who want to enjoy light hiking and outdoor activities in addition to camping.

Access	Take the JR Takayama Line from Toyama Station to Sasazu Station (approximately 35 minutes), then walk for about 22 minutes. Take the Toyama Chihō Railway Bus from "Toyama Station South Exit" bound for Sasazu (approximately 40 minutes), then walk approximately 30 minutes from the "Sasazu" bus stop. Approximately 25 minutes from the Toyama Interchange on the Hokuriku Expressway.
