Sushi Making Experience

Experience
Small group

Prepare seasonal ingredients from Toyama Bay and make sushi with your own hands.

Experience authentic sushi making using fresh seafood from Toyama Bay, taught directly by a professional sushi chef.

Wearing a traditional Japanese happi coat and hat, you'll learn from a craftsman and make each piece of sushi by hand. The finished sushi will be served on a glass sushi plate specially made for this experience, allowing you to enjoy the seasonal flavors of Toyama Bay along with the sushi made by the craftsman.

The tour starts from Toyama Station, taking the city tram to Iwase. After the experience, you can use your one-day tram pass and admission ticket to the Toyama City Glass Museum to enjoy sightseeing in the city.

Hand-roll, savor, and experience Toyama's sushi culture.

Why not enjoy an experience unique to Toyama, the "city of sushi"?

You can compare sushi made by a professional chef with sushi you make yourself.
After the experience, everyone will enjoy freshly made sushi.
