For each order placed via touch panel, a chef will prepare the sushi and other dishes, which will then be delivered directly to your seat on the bullet train!
Sushi Kuine!, which operates eight stores in Ishikawa and Toyama prefectures, is committed to providing the "original deliciousness of the ingredients" that comes from fresh seasonal seafood delivered directly from Kanazawa Port and landed in Toyama Bay, as well as Koshihikari rice from Noto.

The Toyama Futaguchi branch, which just opened in the summer of 2022, offers not only counter seats where chefs prepare sushi right in front of you, but also plenty of table seats and raised seating areas.
For menu items unique to Toyama, we recommend the "Himi-zukushi" set (3 pieces of nigiri sushi) or the "white shrimp" as a single item.

Furthermore, be sure to check out their cost-effective lunch menu (available Monday through Saturday until 16 PM, excluding public holidays).
The sets, which include nigiri sushi and fish bone soup, range from 8 pieces for 680 yen to luxurious sets with a generous selection of items, making them perfect for everyday use.
