Mizuhashi Shokudo Gyofu
Fisherman's restaurants run by local fishermen
"Mizuhashi Shokudo Gyofu," run by local fishermen, is a fisherman's restaurant located right next to Mizuhashi Fishing Port, where you can savor the "most delicious" seafood from Toyama Bay.
The dishes, made with plenty of freshly delivered seafood, are unpretentious yet satisfying, allowing the quality of the ingredients to shine through.
The specialty is the "Fisherman's Seafood Rice Bowl." First, try it as is, then pour the "Fisherman's Golden Broth" over it and enjoy it like hitsumabushi (eel rice bowl).
Enjoying the changing flavors, I devoured it all without getting bored.
It's recommended for a quick lunch stop during a drive or short trip, and for a slightly more luxurious evening.
Our special evening course requires reservations at least three days in advance and can accommodate groups of up to 30 people.
