Located along the main street on the west side of the Jinzu River from the city center, Kitokito Sushi is a large restaurant with an impressive Japanese-modern interior that utilizes many of the materials from a dismantled old house.

To ensure that they always have 10 to 20 kinds of local fish available, they source their ingredients from both Himi and Uozu fishing ports. Each piece of sushi, made with Kurobe-grown Koshihikari rice and natural vinegar, and topped with a special blend of soy sauce from Ohno, Kanazawa, created exclusively for "Kitokito Sushi," is truly exceptional.
The lunch menu, starting at 770 yen, is also popular, and on weekdays, you can have unlimited refills of miso soup (self-service), guaranteeing a full and satisfying meal.
