Among the four "Banya no Sushi" restaurants in the prefecture, the Furusawa branch, located near "Toyama City Family Park," is a bustling suburban location.

The restaurant is popular for its style of serving sushi made with carefully selected ingredients delivered directly from the fishing ports of Himi and Shinminato, which circulate around the counter, and for being able to order freshly made sushi on the spot by calling directly to the chefs stationed inside.

The sushi menu includes individual nigiri sushi, themed platters, and beautifully presented set menus, and there is also a wide selection of à la carte dishes and desserts.
Furthermore, the weekday-only lunch sets (with miso soup) are incredibly generous, with the limited-quantity "Surprise Lunch" offering 8 nigiri sushi pieces and one maki roll for just 550 yen, and even the deluxe set (12 pieces) for under 2,000 yen, allowing you to enjoy a satisfying meal without worry.
