The platters start at a very reasonable price of 1,100 yen.
All the rice we use is locally sourced, and we select the best variety depending on the season.
Perhaps due to the local characteristics, the sushi rice has a mild flavor without being overly vinegary.
Furthermore, the overall sweetness of the dishes is a long-standing characteristic of Mikita Sushi.
If you contact us by phone in advance, we can also accommodate requests for à la carte dishes other than seafood.
