A small cafe renovated from a 150-year-old earthen storehouse.
During the summer months, the shop switches to specializing in shaved ice, offering 5-6 different flavors at all times. In addition to the standard "pumpkin cream" and "white miso cream," seasonal limited-time menus featuring fruits from Toyama Prefecture are also available.
The shaved ice, layered with sauces and syrups prepared by the pastry chef owner, is truly an elaborate dessert in itself. Enjoying it in the cozy, hidden-away setting will make you forget the heat and hustle and bustle outside. During the peak of summer, it's recommended to make a reservation before visiting.
In winter, you can warm yourself by the wood-burning stove while enjoying desserts such as cake.
