Arrived in Toyama. My first stop is here. I'll take a look around Toyama right in front of the station.

MAROOT, located in front of JR Toyama Station, is a "station-front lifestyle spot" where you can casually drop by at the start of your journey or on your way home from work.
The building offers a comfortable selection of fashion, general merchandise, cosmetics, bookstores, cafes, and restaurants, making it easy to find "what you want right now."

The first floor, in particular, is all about food. The west side is lined with fresh produce and prepared foods like a market, while the east side has a street atmosphere reminiscent of Scandinavia, making it a delightful experience just to browse the shops.
There are some "slightly special" things you can only experience here, and the appeal is that you can enjoy the delicious food of Toyama in a compact way, even during a short stay.
