Enjoy handmade soba noodles from a long-established restaurant in the heart of town.

Founded in 1923, this soba restaurant boasts a history of over 100 years. Located in Sogawa, Toyama City, since the post-war period, the current fourth-generation owner continues to uphold the restaurant's tradition.

Since its founding, the restaurant has consistently used buckwheat flour from Azumino, Shinshu. The thin noodles, carefully handmade every morning, release a delightful aroma of buckwheat the moment they enter your mouth, and have an exceptionally smooth texture.

Popular dishes include the "Sansai Soba," a hearty soba noodle dish with toppings that change with the seasons, and "Kamo Seiro," cold soba noodles served with a warm dipping sauce. Many regular customers have been coming for three generations, and the restaurant is filled with the warmth you'd expect from a long-established establishment.

"Kamo Seiro" (duck soba noodles) is a popular dish throughout the year.
Rice balls sprinkled with shredded kelp are a staple in Toyama.
