Shaved ice, a beloved treat for over 100 years, is a quintessential summer treat in Toyama.

The taste passed down from the first generation, and the meticulous attention to detail in adjusting the ice shaving method according to the temperature and humidity of the day, are the reasons why it has been loved for so long.

The most popular item, "Uji Milk Kintoki," is exceptional, with the rich aroma of matcha dissolved in syrup and the refined sweetness of the red bean paste, which is made fresh daily.

You can enjoy a nostalgic summer moment while listening to the gentle murmur of the Itachi River flowing in front of the shop.

From late October onwards, roasted sweet potatoes will be available, and different treats await you each season.
