Michi-no-Eki Hosoiri Rinrin | Local Products Sales

Souvenirs

A roadside station souvenir shop where you can find the bounty of the mountains of Etchu and Hida.

This is a local products center located at the Hosoiri "Rinrin" roadside station, which connects Etchu and Hida, along National Route 41.

The shop offers a variety of mountain delicacies, including pickled shallots, wild vegetables marinated in kelp (a specialty of the Hosoiri area), horse chestnut honey, shiitake mushrooms, and freshly picked vegetables.
In addition to the flavors of Toyama, another attraction is the opportunity to find souvenirs unique to the "Hida-Etsu" region, located on the border between prefectures, such as products made with Hida beef.

They also offer a variety of dishes perfect for enjoying during your trip, such as trout sushi made with fresh ingredients delivered that morning, goheimochi (rice cakes), and grilled sweetfish.
This is a great souvenir spot where you can easily take home the flavors of Toyama and Hida while taking a break during your drive.
