This museum, created by the long-established "Minamoto" company with over 100 years of history, offers an experience of the world of Masu-zushi, a specialty of Toyama Prefecture.
You can see traditional tools and the meticulous handiwork of artisans up close, and experience firsthand how traditional flavors have been passed down through generations.

Inside the facility, visitors can observe the manufacturing process, and the reservation-only hands-on workshop is also very popular. Creating your own unique masuzushi (trout sushi) is a perfect souvenir of your trip.
