Hida-Etchu Community Products Center "Rinrin"

Sightseeing

A roadside station where the delicious moments of Etchu and Hida quietly intersect.

You can savor the rich flavors of the mountains of Hida and Etchu, including pickled shallots, wild vegetables marinated in kelp, and horse chestnut honey.
You can easily find the "most delicious" items of the day, such as trout sushi, goheimochi (rice cakes), and grilled sweetfish, all delivered fresh that morning.
With expansive lawns and ski slopes, families can enjoy a pleasant time surrounded by nature.

It stands along National Route 41, on the road connecting Etchu and Hida.
Michi-no-Eki Hosoiri Rinrin.

Located within this area is the "Hiechi Fureai Bussan Center Rinrin," a place where the tranquility of the mountains and the warmth of human connection harmoniously blend together.

The shop offers a variety of products that will accompany your daily meals and create lasting memories of your travels, including local specialties from the Hosoiri area such as pickled shallots and kelp-cured wild vegetables, as well as horse chestnut honey, shiitake mushrooms, and freshly picked vegetables.
Along with the flavors of Toyama, the opportunity to discover unique products from across the prefectural border, such as souvenirs made with Hida beef, is another of its attractions.

For a light snack, try the trout sushi, which often sells out after being delivered in the morning, the fragrant goheimochi, or the salt-grilled sweetfish.

Behind the facility, there is a grassy area and the Astro Slope, which can be enjoyed even without snow, making it a great place to relax and unwind, especially when you're with children.

It can be a destination in itself, or a place to take a short break during a road trip.
This roadside station leaves you with a lingering feeling that makes you appreciate even the simplest moments a little more.
