SOGAWA BASE
A delicious food warehouse for everyone, a part of everyday life in the Sogawa area.
SOGAWA BASE, which opened in 2020 in the Sogawa-dori shopping arcade, is a commercial facility that values creating a place where Toyama's "food" and "people" can meet, and where people will want to visit again and again.
The building houses a collection of unique supermarkets and restaurants from within the prefecture, and is a bustling hub for co-creating a sustainable town where food and experiences come together, aiming to become a "compact city of food."
Convenient for everyday use, the local supermarket "albis KULA*SU" offers ramen, pizza, South Indian curry, and more.
From yakiniku restaurants that carry on the flavors of long-established eateries, to a bar directly operated by Himi's craft beer producers, and a pub stand where you can enjoy local sake from the Hokuriku region, there's a wide variety of places to choose from depending on your mood.
It's a reliable stop-off spot in the city center where you can enjoy both shopping and dining in a compact location.
