Perhaps due to the local area, the sushi rice has a mild flavor without being too vinegary. Furthermore, the dishes as a whole are finished on the sweeter side, which is a long-standing taste of Mikita Sushi. If you consult with them by phone in advance, they can also prepare à la carte dishes other than seafood.
